Online class combining exercises based on qi gong and contemporary dance, followed by the fun, swingy steps of garba—circle dance from Gujarat in western India. Designed to help you loosen up and move more freely. All welcome to join. We will:
mobilize the joints
increase heat/circulation
do basic breathwork
learn simple movements in the swingy Garba style (from the region of Gujarat, India)
end with an easy stretch
