All are welcome to join this online dance/movement class combining elements of qi gong and dance, designed to help you loosen up and move freely. We will:
mobilize the joints
increase heat/circulation
do basic breathwork
learn simple movements in the swingy Garba style (from the region of Gujarat, India)
end with an easy chair stretch
