Come work out your Garba grooves, practice dandiya Raas (with sticks), and get a little stretch/cardio/community-power vibe in the process.

Don't know how to play Garba/Raas? All ages and abilities are welcome; teaching geared toward 10 and up.

By popular demand, I'm extending the workshop. Folks who want more time for Daudiyu and Raas, you got it!

KID POLICY: Instruction is geared to adults of all ages and young people 10 and up. Kids under 10 must attend with an adult. Kids under 8 must be with an adult at all times. For small children under 5, two adults present is recommended.

SHOES: No street shoes allowed in the studio. If you have need of foot support, please bring a pair of indoor-only shoes to wear.
